I created a new site on Health and Fitness. It will be geared towards all individuals that are interested in improving and maintaining good health considerations and habits. We all need to appraise our own health status and take steps to eliminate or dramatically reduce the bad things in our daily lives. To keep fit we must exercise. Good fitness is closely related to good health. One depends or thrives on the other.
